Event Registration Coordinator (On-Site) | US (m/f/d)

HYROX - The World Series of Fitness Racing is a global sports event series, which was founded in Germany in 2017. In our past 24/25 season, we have grown into a global movement spanning 5 continents.

DESCRIPTION

To support our growing Ticketing & Marketing team, we are looking for a committed full-time Events Registration Coordinator (On-Site) (m/f/d) to join our HYROX US Event team.

In this role, you are responsible for jointly ensuring a smooth delivery of event day operations, working as part of the on-site team to ensure a seamless registration experience for all participants. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the entire registration process — from equipment setup to staff coordination, pre-registration to event day registration — ensuring that all procedures are aligned with company policies and event Terms & Conditions. You should be highly organised with the ability to problem solve on your feet. You will be traveling a lot and have the opportunity to attend many of our HYROX Events throughout the US.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the full registration process from pre-registration to setup and breakdown
• Troubleshoot on-the-spot registration or ticketing issues in a calm, customer-focused manner
• Brief, supervise and support a team of registration staff/volunteers to ensure consistent service levels
• Ensure all registration hardware (laptops, scanners, printers, tablets) is set up correctly and functioning
• Enforce registration policies and T&Cs when dealing with late arrivals, missing tickets, waivers, or disputes, reporting any major deviations or incidents to the Event Operations Lead
• Liaise with event production, ticketing and logistics teams to resolve complex problems collaboratively
• Attend 12-14 HYROX US events per season.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience in event operations, preferably in a registration or front-of-house role
• Tech-savvy and confident using registration platforms, hardware, and ticketing tools
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.)
• Calm under pressure with a solutions-first mindset
• Strong communicator with excellent conflict resolution skills
• Able to liaise effectively with multiple departments on-site (operations, tech, logistics, customer service)
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Spanish language skills are a big plus!
• US-based with a valid work visa and the ability to travel.
